MACPool - Community Swimming Pool in Lochgilphead, Mid Argyll, Scotland
MACPool is the premier community swimming facility in Lochgilphead, Mid Argyll, Scotland, established in 1996. We operate a 20-meter swimming pool with 4 lanes, offering swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, public swimming sessions, memberships, birthday party bookings with aqua run inflatables, and accessible facilities including a Changing Places toilet.
Our facilities include: The Salty Dog Cafe (open 6 days per week serving homemade food), soft play area for children, swim shop with swimming essentials, and RM Fitness gym.

Come visit The Salty Dog Cafe open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday, serving homemade cakes, soups and sandwiches.
Soft Play
Our Soft-play area is the perfect space for your kids to engage in creative play and burn off energy, located in The Salty Dog cafe it's a perfect place for a coffee playdate. Please make sure to book in advance.
Changing Place
What are Changing Places toilets? Standard accessible toilets do not meet the needs of all people with a disability. Over ¼ million people in the UK with a disability need additional equipment and space to allow them to use the toilets safely and comfortably. These needs are met by Changing Places toilets.
Swim Shop
We offer a curated selection of swimwear, goggles, floatation aids, swim nappies etc for all your swimming needs. We also provide emergency towels and other essentials that you might have left at home. We won't let a forgotten towel stop you from going for a swim!
Health & Wellbeing - RM Fitness
We are delighted to host RM Fitness on our premises. RM Fitness is an all round health and wellbeing provider with a private members only gym, featuring state of the art equipment with a safe, encouraging and inclusive environment. Alongside a massage therapy room, focusing on sports massage and injury recovery. Bookable slots available.
